Douglas G. Dye, Attorney


Douglas G. Dye is a graduate of Princeton University (1965) and Yale University School of Law (1968). For a number of years he worked as a litigation attorney, and then Managing Attorney for Community Legal Services, Inc. of Philadelphia, specializing in health and welfare benefits law.
 
He obtained a Masters of Law in Taxation degree from Temple University School of Law in 1982 and entered private practice. He is currently Of Counsel to Diamond, Polsky & Bauer, handling matters related to the design and administration of 401(k)’s, pension and profit-sharing plans. Mr. Dye maintains a practice in general law, probate and estate planning, with special emphasis on long-term care planning for families with an elderly or disabled member. He has been a Course Lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on numerous occasions.
